Contractor's warranty shall be limited to defects in workmanship within the scope work performed
for a period of 1 year following the date of substantial completion. This warranty applies to all bid
projects over $5000.00.
This warranty does not apply to normal maintenance items, or fixtures, appliances which carry a
separate manufacturer's warranty. The client agrees to accept the manufacturers warranty for these
items in lieu of any warranty form the contractor. It also does not apply to any work done against
contractor advice.
Final billing for all work including changes and allowances must be paid in full before any warranty claims will be accepted by the contractor. All warranty claims must be in writing.
