Timothy Cardwell, Owner
Timothy, a second generation construction worker with over 25 years of experience in the construction field, started the company after recognizing the need for a company that delivers on their promises. Tim spent his early years watching his father perform numerous remodeling projects in Boston's historic south end and many more projects in the Charlestown area near Bunker Hill. Tim's father was a true craftsman who instilled not only quality craftsmanship in Tim, but also solid values and integrity.
Tim spent his early years working very closely with his father and later with the subcontractors, trades people for whom his father would employ. Tim went on to find a successful management career at a fortune five company. After spending over a decade in management Tim realized how much he missed remodeling and wanted to put his recent business degree to work. So starting from a humble beginning with just himself, one employee, a work truck, Tim started out fulfilling his dream of providing quality remodeling and home improvements to the Upper Valley. Tim's vision is simple, provide high quality home improvements to customers at a fair price. Always maintain high standards of honesty and integrity. Tim also believes in making customer communication a high priority. Tim believes that all customer calls should be answered within 24 hours and that he be reachable by either phone or email within that time frame. To ensure this Tim carries his cell phone with him everywhere and has his email delivered straight to his phone to insure prompt response time.
Tim's goal like that of his father is to provide quality remodeling done by professionals who work hard to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and projects that are delivered on time and on budget.
