Timothy P.Cardwell has earned the designation of Certified Graduate Remodelor (CGR) from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Remodelors Council. Timothy Cardwell is one on only 2000 professional remodelers nationwide who have attained or are in the process of earning the CGR certification.
CGR recognizes those remodelers who demonstrates exceptional business integrity, technical competence and solid track record of customer satisfaction. To earn the CGR designation, a remodeler must complete a series of industry-specfic education courses, provide letters of recommendations, proof of insurance and adhere to a strict Code of Ethics. CGR stands for professionalism, experience and a commitment to quality.
Timothy Cardwell moved to the Upper valley area seven years ago and immediately recognized the need for a remodeling company that could deliver quality remodeling projects that utilized that latest advances in innovative and energy efficient materials and methods. It was on this premise that Step Above Home Improvement was founded.
Timothy was also concerned that neither the state of New Hampshire or Vermont requires licensing of home improvement contractors or remodelers. To deliver on this Timothy found it important to pursue his CGR designation with NAHB so that customers would have assurance that Step Above Home Improvement could deliver on its promises and was a leader in their field.
To further assure customers Step Above Home Improvement has recently become accredited with the Better Business Bureau of New Hampshire. In addition Timothy holds a Bachelor of Science in business management from Eastern Nazarene College and graduated with honors. Timothy had formerly held a construction supervisor and home improvement contractor licenses' for the state of Massachusetts.
